Additional Study Rooms

During renovations, some study rooms will be offline. There are reservable rooms in Steely Library and Founders Hall that any NKU student can use, including Chase students. During the Spring semester, as no classes will be taking place in Nunn Hall, any classroom on an open floor can be used as a non-reservable study space, but you will probably want to bring some good noise-canceling headphones.

Chase Study Room Policy

• Study rooms are available to all NKU Chase students.
  • If you are not an NKU Chase student and you make a reservation, it will be canceled.
• Students are allowed to reserve up to 4 hours per day.
• Reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance.
• If you do not check in for your reservation within 15 minutes of its start time without contacting the Law Library, your reservation will be forefeit.
  • If you anticipate you will be late for your reservation, please call the Law Library at (859) 572-6030.
• NKU and Chase are not responsible for personal belongings left in the rooms.
• If noise complaints are received for your reservation, you will receive one warning, and then further complaints will result in cancellation of your reservation and being asked to leave.
• The library is no longer locking study rooms when they are unoccupied, so there is no need to get a room key. This also means that outside of library hours, study rooms can still be used, but they can't be reserved. They are first come, first serve.
